1 star is for front desk. They are unwelcoming, never greeting and mean. I thought it was my first impression when i got the membership, but it’s always like that. I think they need to pay attention to who employees more and do better management/change management. We pay our money for a service 🙈

Depends on the type of membership you have. 14 day pass, i believe is good for 14 consecutive days from day of activation. (Like a trial period) There is a one day guest fee they tried to get me to pay once before realizing guests are a part of my membership. (I believe that was $15 but you might wanna give them a call to be sure)

Your best bet is to Simply go in and talk to one of the representatives they do have specials from time to time and I'm pretty sure there's gift certificates as well while you're there take a tour good luck .
