I went to Bob's after going to a competitor the previous day and was ALARMED by the exorbitant prices. Since my pups were being groomed a few doors down, I popped in and took a look. The prices were much lower. Bob showed me a couple and I bought one. He came the next day during the promised time frame with his wife (who was very lovely). Everything went smoothly but I was disappointed with one thing...Bob charged me $75 for delivery and removal of the old mattress which is standard. However, if I have to pay for those services, I should not have to contribute any labor. My parents raised gentlemen so there was no way I was going to let Mrs. Bob assist with moving two King sized mattresses. Other than that, the mattress was great. Slept on it for the first time last night but I feel I got screwed with the fees considering I had to break a sweat first thing in the morning.

Bought a mattress late yesterday and picked it up today. Everything went smoothly and the staff was very friendly. Bob himself helped put it on the roof and ratchet it down! Can't get better service than that!
