I had an overall great experience! I did have some trouble with getting checked in for my day surgery. The nurse had to call me to see if I was even there because they never called me up to be checked in. I was very impressed that the nurse called me personally on my phone. Once I got back to surgery, I had a wonderful experience. The nurses are awesome! Very sweet and caring! Barely felt my IV go in. Dr Delair and anesthesia were great too! I highly recommend this hospital! Just make sure they check you in.

My husband had shoulder surgery here on the June 27. It was a great experience because of Kristen and Nikki. They were great. And they took great care of him. Thank you ladies for being so wonderful. Christopher C. Is doing wonderful. His Dr did an amazing job as well. Thanks Dr Sorce.

My husband has been to the ER twice. Excellent care. Wait time was good. We would highly recommend it. The only problem is the outsourcing of billing. We have an HMO and only have a copay for the ER. We keep getting a huge bill from the physician in the ER. They have billed the incorrect insurance twice. We continue to update them and they still do not get it correct. But overall the staff at Jefferson is the best even when they are very busy. They are extremely kind and caring in the ER. We would still recommend this ER.

I had two tests done at this hospital this week. The first one was done at Nuclear Medicine with Amanda. I cannot say enough great things about Amanda and her exemplary patient care. She was professional, caring and kind. The second test was done by a radiologist whose first name I think was Sam. Before he came into the room, I was taken care of by a medical student named Erica. She did a great job explaining the test to me and preparing me for it. The radiologist explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this hospital for the tests I needed.
