All they want to do is make money of of you, they are very slow to help you and constantly try to upcharge you after telling them no. Prices are much higher than other stores.

A few weeks ago, I pre-ordered a new game thats coming out soon. I went in store and paid in full. I gave the worker my name, number, and (i think) email. (have not received email or call) I lost my receipt. Is it still possible to pick up the game?
