No, Tractor Supply does not offer those services. My suggestion is to go to S & S powersports. They are very good. I have had excellent experiences with them. Reasonable rates too. They are located in Jefferson City by the road with the closed bridge.
They have a vaccination clinic on Sundays 1:00 -2:30. Special packages for different vaccinations. They also will microchip the pet for a fee. They have brochures at the checkouts for the clinic. You can get the rabies vaccine also.
