Nice, clean and quiet community. My neighbors are amazing, just like family. The office Manager Trina is such a wonderful person, very professional and is always there to assist you. Every time I needed help with something she was there. Thank you Ms. Trina for everything.

Just so you know, if your animal is a certified service animal, it would be against the law for them to limit the size of your service animal. Know your rights in communities like this.
It's a very nice community 55+ I do not live there, but have friends that do. Nice club house& community pool. It is just a couple of miles from East Lake Tohopekaliga. There are walking trails& pleasant wildlife. Waiting to hear about sales& lot rent. There are a few place for sale& lot rent varies If you google the address it shows some availability. Good luck
Yes there is a pool but you'll have to contact Jade isle office to find out lot rent and find out if there's any places

I bought my place at 53 and put it in my sister's name for 2 years and lived their alone, sis lives in Boston. Swing thru and talk to Trina, she'll try to work with you
Yes there are a few places up for sale at this time, I know one of them is in excellent shape and is asking 9000$ lot rent is approximately 500 a month and that includes trash and water
