We are frequent customers, but last time we went there it was absolutely terrible experience. First of all, we waited for over an hour for the main course to arrive. We inquired our waiter multiple times about the hold up, but his demeanor was as if he was too important for his job. When I asked about our food h was “tell me about it”. When the food finally arrived, one of the items was missing and we had to remind them about it. Drinks were watery. Twice we sent old fashioned back and lychee martini tasted a pure lychee juice without any alcohol in it whatsoever. We ended up getting a bottle of wine instead. I followed up on our experience with a manager, but my call was returned a few days after my initial outreach. What the offered as a remediation was a joke - a 15% refund of the total bill. Bye-bye Etaru, but this was our last time there. The place clearly went downhill.
