Don’t get your INS done here. If you are planning to get your INS done here then check the CDC vaccinated guidelines. The physician missed the hepatitis B shot which was made mandatory by CDC in December 2021. They got similar complaints from people who got their INS done but didn’t have courteous to follow up with all the people who had done their INS in 2022.

Waste of time. Booked appointment at 6.50 with slot 9.20. Reaching there I was told there was some patient emergency. Like I am just there for timepass. But fine. Then got into room 9.50 waited till 10.20. No one showed up. Literally there was no car in parking lot. Whom doctor was treating. I am sure they would have made me wait till 11 and said sorry we are now closed. Walked out of this place. Avoid visiting this place.

Do not seek any type of care at this location. Took my 10 yr old son on Friday and the doctor misdiagnosed him by telling me he had a virus. He then prescribed my 10 yr old son a codeine based medication which I drove all the way to Round Rock for the 24 hr pharmacy to tell me they can’t fill it since he is under 12. I then went back to the urgent care for the doctor to tell me he doesn’t have a virus and asked how old my son was as he didn’t know. Horrible experience and the doctor was so old he didn’t know what he was doing.
