I happened to walk in to get info about renewing passports. There was no line. Staff was friendly, answered all my questions and made recommendations. I returned within 15 minutes with the items required(again no line) and started the process. I think I was out in less than 20 minutes. Def recommend getting your passports there.

Haven't really had any problems customer service here but I feel it's rather inappropriate and inconvenient to suspend someone's license and not have a automatic text reminder on any payment plan

The security/police that work here are 10x more helpful and kind than the people that are actually working here. Everyone else seems to be totally incompetent, and try to grab every penny out of your pocket no matter what it is in regards to. Will never ever come back here, so long as I am not obligated to.

Try and avoid this place. You will walk out frustrated and with the wrong form. Like I did. MOST Employees are rude and don't really know what they are doing.
