I think they do.

I have Ferel cats that i would like to get spayed or neutered. An the mother just had 2 kittens, n plus 3 other cats that i dont want around here. It is really getting out of hand. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Go to the SPCA over on Glades cutoff road. They will take them and say the others at a reasonable cost.
