I went to Gulf Coast coin and jewelry to have a diamond chip replaced on my wedding ring and to see if a pair of diamond earrings could be changed from spring clasp to hooks. Suzie was very knowledgeable and patient and went over all the options with me. My jewelry was ready to be picked up in less than a week. Suzie did a great job on my earrings and I am so happy to be able to wear them again! She also strengthened all the prongs on my wedding ring to keep all the diamonds secure. I am thrilled with my experience with Gulf coast coin and jewelry!

This place is great! I’ve found each staff member very helpful and knowledgeable. I’m sure they deal with a lot of unruly customers, so their service is very good considering what they deal with daily. While the State of Florida does not have a mandate in place currently, we take every step to safe guard of customers, staff, and vendors. For this reason, we are operating with staffing and logistical constraints which may affect services such as shipping and processing orders. We are striving to keep customer service at the highest levels possible. We are doing our best to ensure that all are taken care of in a timely manner. As always, we appreciate your business and your patience. Stay safe! Our staff dealing with customers at the sales counter wear masks. We provide masks to customers asking for them. We have ample supply of hand sanitizer and cleaning materials. We spend an hour each morning before opening cleaning and getting ready for conducting business safely. Many of our staff have received their vaccinations.
