Terrible experience a while back, but driving by reminded me to warn others. Went in looking to trade up my wife's 2ct to a 3ct. Aaron I believe was his name gave a speech as to how this stone wasn't a VS; and if it had a cert he would have offered more. Well we had the GIA feet but intentionally didn't show it to see how deceptive someone is. Sales person was more pushy on getting a budget than showing us what we were looking for. Bought on blue Nile for 40% less and far happier.
