Went to Swim Mart today and was greeted by associate Olivia when entering. She pointed me in the right direction for sunscreen. Grabbed two different SPF 70 bottles and a sunhat. She rang me up, I paid her and I asked if I could change the one bottle(same price) for a SPF 50? I inadvertently grabbed a SPF 30 bottle and realized before I left and that's when Olivia got upset and told me I was messing up the inventory. She never offered to make an exchange, she was very curt in her communication. At this point I didn't want to further engage with this associate and left with the 30 SPF. I'm looking at the receipt and it states my satisfaction is their #1 priority. Maybe I'll return for exchange?

They didn't have my size in the Sarasotas 2 locations ,but called their Ft meyers store and they held it for me.great selection, for men and women ..
