I was a patient of Total Health Canabis before it changed names from miracle leaf. I have always been to my appointment on time and paid in full. Several times after my visit to doctor i still was unable to fill my prescriptions. I've had to make call to the office to get it handled. this past time i went in to an uninspected increase in the charges.. Granted i spoke several time with the NEW secretary. JULIA. She never mentioned the increase. Not to mention shes not a nurse but took my blood pressure but could not tell me what the number meant or if it was good or bad. There are other places in Summerfield that actually care about there patients not the money. Both certifications and renewals 99$ After 4 years they cut me loose a week before i had surgery and could not get my Meds. Byer beware the owner of the diner next door own this dispensary and REY REYS diner next door they pay there employees with tips so they can excuse a decent wage. BUYER BEWARE

No. This is a facility to procure a medical card. Recreational is not legal in Florida.
Florida dispensaries strive in having quality hand -grown plants designed to reduce unwanted chemicals and pests keeping the process as natural as possible. They have invested millions of dollars in cultivation, manufacturing, production, and distribution to ensure that you receive only the purest products.
Currently, you can purchase 2.5 ounces of whole flower cannabis every 35 days and 21,000 mg of THC. This limit has been set by the department of health and may change in the future.
We accept any prior medical history/record that portrays and reflects a qualifying diagnosis. Accepted medical records may also be cancer treatment records, medical diagnosis by certified physicians, psychiatry, and more. Feel free to contact T.H.C. for specific questions regarding your medical records.
Medical records are always best to have as supporting documentation for the state. It depends on your certifying physician if they require supporting documentation or not. At T.H.C. we have multiple ways to help you get approved to use medical marijuana.
You may, however, keep your products in the trunk of your car or inaccessible so there is no question about whether you have medicated yourself in your car if you do happen to encounter law enforcement officials.
No, you cannot smoke while driving. This is considered driving under the influence. Because of the high-THC components of cannabis, you should wait several hours before operating a vehicle.
NO! The Department of Health Emergency Order 20-002 expired on June 27, 2021 and has not been renewed.
You only need to be 18 to receive a medical marijuana card. However, if you are under the age of 18, a second physician must concur with the primary physician’s diagnosis. This means that 2 certifications from a medical cannabis certifying doctor is required as well as a caregiver. Any patient over the age of 18 does not need a caregiver and can obtain an MMJ card by themselves.
NO! You DO NOT need a medical card to buy CBD as it was federally legalized in 2014. T.H.C. offers top of the line CBD products by MUV. You can view our full product line at www.thctotalhealthcannabisfp.info
Having a medical marijuana card will not be a reason to prevent you from getting a concealed weapons permit. The Florida Commissioner of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Nicole “Nikki” Fried, oversees the state department tasked with issuing concealed weapons permits and has confirmed that becoming a medical marijuana patient after receiving a concealed weapons permit will not lead to the permit being revoked. HOWEVER, It is important to note that marijuana is still a controlled substance at the federal level. When purchasing a new firearm, depending on how you answer question 11E on the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearm’s (ATF) application, you may run into issues.
It is required by the state of Florida, by law, to renew your certification every 210 days for a fee of $99. The state of Florida also requires that your card is renewed yearly for $77.75.
At T.H.C. Total Health Cannabis we have very competitive pricing. Our Certification fee for a medical marijuana card is $149 ($125 Veteran). This includes the 210-day certification, the physician’s evaluation, as well as adding the patient to the Florida Medical Marijuana Use Registry (OMMU). We also have a Bring-a-Buddy special where you can bring a friend or family member and receive our discounted pricing of 2 new patient certifications for a total of $249. The fee for the OMMU to process your data and keep everything up to date and processes your card is $77.75.
To get your Medical Marijuana Card you must suffer from one of the qualifying medical conditions. You must be a Florida resident or a seasonal resident. Finally, at T.H.C. Total Health Cannabis, you will then sit down with one of our licensed cannabis physicians who are certified to recommend medical marijuana. You will then be able to visit and purchase at your nearest dispensary.
