slow & not beneficial . keep having to come back for the same issue that i keep having to pay for to get fixed. they lie and try to make it seem like your causing the problem but they aren’t actually fixing anything just causing more problems and making you spend more money i wasted over 10,000 buying an engine then a sensor now it’s another issue.

Not very honest when it comes to vehicle and price

So recently, I was out of work due to being really ill, which naturally led me to be behind ($600 approximately) and unfortunately led to a repossession of my car ($350 towing fee). In much efforts to come up with as much I can, I called Byron today and told him I have $600 and asked if this would be sufficient enough to at least pay off my current balance, and then make payments to pay off the towing fees while making my remaining car payments(in which my car was initially scheduled to be paid off this November. So I was so close. But then life happens). And Byron said I'm sorry, i can't do that but the whole balance is due today no exceptions. I told him that this was all I was able to come up with and begged him to see if we can make any other payment arrangements. He still said no. I think it's safe to say that when someone says I can't do that (especially the owner in which I was told I was talking to), it usually means won't. Just being Honest. So now, I have to walk to the dealership to return my key. Who knows..maybe more charges will incur from now until I get there. Again...just being Honest.

Not at all! Very fair and willing to work with you.
Hello Gary, it is possible that we can attempt to track down the owner, however we can not share personal information due to privacy laws. You might want to stop by the dealership one day and we can discuss reaching out to the buyer to see if it is still in his possession, and possibly make him an offer.
I am currently having an issue with my vehicle and was told that because they weren't not notified within 30 day that they wouldn't help with anything. Beware, they will not tell you the full story on a car. Make sure to do your own homework first. You're better off spending your money elsewhere
