This is a great company with wonderful employees. They moved a spa for us and they’re now handling the weekly maintenance of it. Jae did a thorough job of explaining everything and Mike is coming out for the weekly visits. Now all I have to do is enjoy the spa.thank you guys.

Went shopping for a hot tub spa kingdom was the first place we went. Leanne representative of spa Kingdom was amazing had all the answers very knowledgeable spent an hour with her then we went to two more places I knew right away I was going back to spot Kingdom went back the next day and purchased my spa waiting on delivery tomorrow can't wait

So very pleased with the Over and Above Outstanding Service I received today from Cody! David came and diagnosed my jacuzzi issue first (he did a great job explaining to me the problems and we set a date for completion). David became Ill and could not come back to fix it. Cody stepped in and just got my jacuzzi working today. He was very professional, courteous and efficient. He left with the jacuzzi pump working; we shut it off and he said to run it on full speed for awhile once the water was totaling filled. Water full and I turned on the jets full speed to have only one side working. I called Cody and he gave me some suggestions to try. Then, to my surprise, about an hour later, Cody came back to check on my jacuzzi himself!!! It was not working yet and he fixed it for me. Top Customer Service, for sure! Thank You so very much, Cody!
