Don't go here...find a provider that provides!! I have never experienced this sort of doctor's office setup, nor has anyone else I have mentioned these points to. Had to make 2 trips to urgent care and 2 trips to doctor's office to get one school form filled out (never had to do this with any of our other doctors). Keep in mind, as you read, we have good insurance and no underlying health conditions. They say they are a primary care physicians office but they don't provide the following: 1. No vaccination (of any sort...even state mandated ones), so, if you need vaccines you have to go somewhere else and possibly pay (which you wouldn't have to if the physician's office administered the shot). 2. They charge for doctor's signature...didn't tell us that when I made the appointment and told them what the appointment was for. I have never had to pay for a doctor to sign on required vaccine forms for school...this office does. They charged us a "form fee for the doctor's signatures" on a form we provided and filled out, the office only had to verify vaccines against state records and sign the form after they sent us away to urgent care to get a test done (we had to pay for it...had the doctor's office provided the test, it would have been free...urgent care was surprised a doctor's office did not provide this service). 3. When asked about the charges the nurse could not clarify and rushed out pointing to the front desk that "they'll know how to explain" that's when the front desk told me "we charge $10 for 1 doctor's signature" so $10/signature. It was not very expensive but... In total we paid $65 for test + doctor's sig. When it should have been $0. So, not about the money...it's about the service. Hope this helps the readers.

Best PC I have ever had. Denise was great. She was very patient and went out of her way to help me out! It’s pretty difficult to find a good PC who really cares about you and returns your calls quickly. Thanks to all of you, took a long time to find you but it was well worth it!!

My husband and I were patients of Dr . Dhaliwal. My experienced with this Doctor and her staff was very frustrated, especially when my husband was diagnosed with Cancer.
