The service was lousy why would I go to a kiosk and place an order then give it to somebody behind a counter when they can just take my order it made no sense and it was a a female in there and she got smart with me told me that she was on her break and not to bother her when I wanted to place my order so she has someone else to take over I don't recommend this place poor service because of that one girl I don't recommend it but I don't think you should punish the staff for one person it's up to you guys if you go but I had a terrible experience and I will never go back

The lady who took my order was great! But when I got home I found a hair in my breakfast sandwich and trying to call to get that corrected is impossible. No one answers. It would be five stars if it was easy to get issues taken care of.

My food was correct except for the chicken nuggets as i ordered the Spicy Nuggets that were being advertised on the menu and was told by the person working the drive thru that they don't have those with no further explanation. This happened at 1:25pm 4/3/22

Worst customer.....my whole order was messed up along with receiving 2 raw quarter pounders. The manager acted like i went home and replaced the cooked patties with raw patties. I wasn't looking for a handout just my order correctly fully cooked and replaced.
