Absolutely the worse customer service ever. Placed an order online, was made incorrectly. Called was initially informed by gentleman that they would make a new one and send out. Then called saying not there fault not gonna do anything. The gentleman would not give me his name, the corporate number and alluded that the manager was too busy to talk. When spoke to manager Tim, he was very distant and did not once apologize for how I was spoken to, instead condoned the way that I was treated on the phone. . I am assuming that Happy's is doing well and cusotmer service does not mean anything.

Got the battered mushrooms today for lunch.....they were delicious! Would have posted a pic but they were gone before I knew it!!

I've loved Happy's Pizza for as long as I can remember. Of the hundreds of times I have ordered, only ever once did I have an issue. But that's not why I wanted to write this review. You guys, REALLY need to hire a professional photographer to update the pictures you guys have on Google. I'm sorry, but none of those disgustingly lighted and set pictures are nowhere near representative of your product. I mean just look at that horrid looking first pizza picture, the exposed grease stain is just awful to look at, and that pizza itself looks rushed. Please consider hiring a professional food photographer. They need to do you guys justice, because I'm getting ready to order now and I almost didn't because of that picture. Love you guys!
