Had an appointment, drove an hour. Not greeted at the door. Ignored even though I was the only one there. Finally a girl mumbles at me did you have an appointment or something? Only to be told there’s nobody here that can do a color today. …Hello im sorry about what happend that day but i had the stylist call in because she was sick like i explain you that day and having COVID around i cant expose all the Clients around, i feel your frustration but at the mean time is not that she wanted to be sick we were glad to have you back but it will be up to you.
