What an amazing selection of great things! Was able to find lots of clothes and some school supplies. Really helpful and friendly staff 😊

Got clothes off the rack. Apparently they just don’t sell things without a price tag. Why was it out there in the first place? I was excited about my find and the lady was just like “no price tag, no sale” dumb store. There’s a Vincent De Paul 1min away. Go there and save yourself some frustration.

The DUMBEST Shopping experience that I have had recently!!! I went inside for the first time after driving past the place for years, so I walk inside... Did not see many items that would interest me, so after a few minutes I headed towards the exit door. On my way out, I spotted a DVD that I could use, so I picked it up and went to the counter to pay for it. Turns out, they did not have a price in it... I was told they can't sell it if that's the case. I then go back to the section where I found the DVD and noticed there were two plastic bags of DVDs with 5 DVDs in them each - the whole bag was $2.99 total, I saw that there was an empty plastic bag with the $2.99 tag on it. I took this up to the counter with the DVD again, and asked to speak with the nanager. I should this to her, still NO SALE. I asked can you put a price on it, she said No. I left the DVD on the counter... At this point I walked out. No purchase made at all.

This thrift store had so many things to look at I ended up leaving with a bag of cards (10ish decks) for under dollar (60ish cents) and a pair of orange crocs. There were also 2 other pairs of crocs and lots of silly things to look at such as these humongous shoes. I could probably spend hours digging through a lot of the stuff here. It was decently sorted and not too crowded on a Saturday morning. Ended up spending under 10 dollars. A good way to spend time!

Valley thrift is just that- a thrift store. Like many others here I babe experienced both great and bad consumer service. To me, the good outways the bad. I mean, can I really complain when a stranger didn’t say hi to me when I can buy a brand new suit for $5. It’s the price that you must pay for cheap stuff. From what I can gather, I don’t feel like working there is that great so I don’t blame them for being a little unprofessional.
Yes, however your name must be on the card . You also have to show a picture of as well.
Otherwise, a decent place. I always walk away with something good.
Yes 8am - 730pm
You have to wear a mask
Every thing instore half off
Not that I saw. I was there last Saturday tho.
They've been open since last week
They are taking donations but i highly suggest taking donations to st vincent depaul. They are right next door and they help people with vouchers to get the things they need like clothes and household items. Valley thrift charges in store prices and are very high for used things and they dont offer anyone any assistance with help for anything. They pay their employees 9 an hour and are treated very badly
Yes 50 percent off sale as well
Go in when you're scheduled to work
The management is terrible. They micromanage everybody. They watch their every move. They are discouraged from commiserating with customers for fear that a perceived lack of production might hinder their profit
I've shopped there many times in the past ten years always finding the employees helpful and courteous. Occasionally workers have trouble with English. Sorry you had trouble. Give them another chance.
Im not sure if they have a special area for it, but probably mixed in with larger sizes. Congratulations for the bun in the oven
Keep trying to reach them by phone, Valley has a 1/2 off sale tomorrow for Memorial Day and they may open at 8:00..
Yes! 8:00 AM, 50% off
Where there is smoke there is fire. This is the tip of the iceberg. Ownership and management could not care any less about customer service if they tried... Which they do not. This should reassure you that they are already doing everything that they can to not care about any customer experience whatsoever. Let alone their employees
Please go back into the store and explain what had happen with your receive.
Was there wensday and they had a couple remember there's another one next door checl it out
Yes my daughter bout one from their last year a nice one
