I assume you found new cards that were never sold and activated. There are a few people who collect certain gift cards - you will sometimes spot them on ebay. That is rare though. In general, gift cards are only traded for the dollar value on the card. Hope that helps!

Most of the cards we buy are gift cards but we do accept merchandise cards from some brands. Since merchants change their gift card policies from time to time please call the store to get the current info on your gift card. Thank you!
