Never have been of help. Always such a inconvenience for them when ever try to talk to them, then they do nothing except say they can’t help. It would be different if the situations weren’t literally their job to work with.

I have to agree with my fellow reviewers before me, and will add I am stepping up our security with 720p HD. I pray I catch someone taking illegal photography because I will be watching with 100 ft. of digital clarity. Track down vacant prostitiution houses or real problematic violating. Not someone maintaining a car for his family! I'm not ASE certified so all I know is maintaining my ride. Can't be "Major repair" if I'm not a "professional" mechanic; Can it! That being said this is my personal experience; Not an opinion! This officer, who's name is Angela Kaiser (as an officer of the law you are a public figure and your name is public record) will throw dirt "undercover". I am posting five pictures in their gallery where you saw the review you're reading. They will cooberate my unilateral experience with her. In them you will find one Honda Accord that had a leaky sunroof and some other minor issues which all got fixed before I got rid of it. I will be up front and honest with admission. I told the officer the 1st day she came it wasn't running. She was harrasing me with really aggressive questioning! I also informed her that the vehicle had a tag on it. You just can't see it where it's sitting. She asked, basically "is it registered"? I volunteered to her that it is "near expiration but you can't see that undercover". 🧐 Note that in the pictures! I was then handed a pretty yellow notice of violation when our conversation finished. 15th of October comes and goes, and is the date the violation would be enforced if the car wasn't ready to go. She also told me loosely on the day she was violating me "I would have to prove to her when she returns it's running". She then went behind my back and contacted our owners without speaking to me. With exception to a couple "how are things going" calls between the 1st visit and October 15th. Anyway, The car was on the ground with 4 inflated tires as you will see in the pictures and "undercover". How could you possibly know it did or did not have a tag, or wasn't running if you never came and knocked the day you were supposed to touch base with me? You can see clearly the tag was not visible to anybody and with No Tresspassing signs on all 4 sides of the house I'm living. You couldn't have known whether it was or wasn't without breaking "code" you're allegedly enforcing. City of Lakeland residents beware as the tyranny of Lakeland officiating is far beyond just violating families with mid to high income monies. They're targeting any and everybody they can fabricate or violate for money. Especially struggling communities! Here's the kicker; Long after the car is gone, and well before the court date she arranged with our land owners. She came early one morning and someone I know "THANK YOU GOD" happened to be in the vicinity witnessing her checking the property. She then returned a couple hours later while I was outside cleaning filters to ask something like "you get rid of the car in violation"? Not a good morning, or anything. Just this! I bit my tongue from lashing and replied EXACTLY with "do you see it"? Knowing she was here in the morning as my acquaintance watched her checking exactly where the car was sitting. She replies with something like this "I'll have to check my record and see what kind of car it is". I said "you haven't done that yet"? Immediately she states, loosely "Honda Accord is gone,  I'll cancel the court date and remove you were potential to violate". I called her later and informed her "You will never speak to me again without a lawyer". Be warned and stay alert. They can ask you questions, but you can inform "WE HAVE NO BUSINESS UNLESS IN THE PRESENCE OF A LAWYER".

I'm sure there there is good reason to have these kind of places ( drug houses etc) but often there is abuse of power to get around your property rights and to harass and fine and really steal money in a legal fashion due to greedy corrupt little empires and because the public does not have the money to sue the department for abuse and breaking the law. Florida is full of greedy little empires and law enforcement often does double duty as the kings lions enforcing class war against the public. Sometimes a retired Attorney will take them to federal court. Local courts are yes men and a waste of time. Hopefully the public will take notice and fire people who are corrupt. You keep giving people a hard time and all the wealthy snowbirds will go elsewhere.
