Due to some extensive car trouble and some out-of-town work I found myself in a position to rent a car on three different times over the last 6 weeks the staff was courteous friendly the transactions were quick and easy everything was handled was courtesy and professionalism. This is the first time I've ever dealt with a car rental and I would definitely recommend budget for future car rentals for anyone and I will definitely be back for myself thank you again for such great service.

Even if I didn't just have a HORRIFIC experience at ENTERPRISE, located in HUDSON FLORIDA, to compare this company to, they still would be receiving 5 Stars. This particular location excells at getting you in and out! I walked in, waited for assistance for less than 3 minutes, gave my information, and walked out. In under 10 minutes time, I was on 19 and driving a clean, fully fueled, vehicle. The gentleman that assisted me, I am assuming to be the owner, exceeded my expectations from his professional and accomodating demeanor to the ease and quickness of the rental process. From this point onward I will be using the Budget/Avis brand from this location in particular. If you would like a hassle free experience, give this Budget location the opportunity to prove how fluid the rental experience can actually be.

Yes but still need a card to place security deposit on, i would not rent from that location though.

Hello Debbie. You will need to ct Budget for an answer, but Fla is usually easy with one way rentals. I did have a frustrating experience with Budget, I received a car that reeked of cigarette smoke. Make sure the car is cleaned before u accept it, unless smoking doesn't bother you. Budget wasn't much help in rectifying the situation. safe travels!

From what I know, it varies by location. I would call the specific location you plan to rent from. I'd also consider Enterprise or some other rental company. But all will be concerned that you will go over your balance, which doesn't affect them if you use a credit card.
