I don't know of any one-way unlimited mileage deals. I'd say, probably not. What you get depends on the specific deal/agreement you arrange at the time of rental. That said, I've had a less than satisfactory experience with my last two Budget rentals - the New Port Richey location did nothing to help the situation.
