Questions & Answers

How bib of a dog can you have?

Marjorie Lay | Sep 18, 2020
Julia Stephens | Sep 18, 2020

As long as the dog is friendly, there is really no size limit. You need shots and up to date papers for your pet.

How much dose rent run??

Virginia Walters | Sep 18, 2021
Bernard Perez | Sep 18, 2021

Not sure. I would not or want a loved one there. Structurally in very bad shape. They have big problems with mold, bugs, leaks, & rodents. Under staffed, the staff they have are severely under paid. Ownership is irresponsible at best.

Do any of the 2 bed 2 bath units have an ground level outdoor patio area?

David Sedgley | Sep 18, 2021

I think that you have to step down 2 or 3 steps, but I'm not sure if all of the units are built the same design.

When visiting can the visitor bring a small fog in a stroller?

Lena Schimmoeller (brew-n-taste) | Sep 18, 2020

Well, I bet the front desk will allow you to bring a small dog in a stroller. I don't believe they will have a problem with it.

Do you have nursing home facilities on your property

As always they provide different levels of care based on need

Are you hiring for part time kitchen help ? I have stellar recommendations from previous banquet hall/ event center employment as a food prep worker escalated to sous chef.

You really should contact the HR department and leave that kind of inquiry off this kind of forum

Any problems with MOLD at this Retirement Center? Smells bad as you walk in....musty, and damp smelling, and you can feel the floors give way as you walk on them like there is nothing except a piece of plywood covered by a piece of cheap carpet.

There is no mold there. The hall ways are built up like a mobile home, that it why you hear a hollow sound while walking down them. Yes, they are a bit under staffed, but they have good and bad like all the rest. It is affordable and if you stay on them about something, it will eventually get done. My mom and a 98 year old lady I take care of lives there. Unfortunately, most retirement places are not up to what you'd expect for your loved ones, but I have seen alot worse.
