Worst experience in my life. I was waiting with excruciating pain for 6 hours in the ER waiting room with a 5mm kidney stone while they were letting people in with minor issues. I will go twice the distance next time to a different ER.

Waited too many hours in ED because they waited too long to draw labs which then put me in a longer wait because they knew that lab was under going upgrades and said I couldn’t get results until after 3-4 am. They knew this ahead of time. CT was done promptly but waited too long for labs. I went in for HTN and laying in that stretcher increased my back pain which raised BP higher 170’s/100’s. I’ve had 3 back surgeries!!!

The management of the ER is less than standard. The Doctors/Intern and I intake medical staff were excellent; however, the Nursing staff was very poor in their conduct of duty. My wife came in for stitches in her right forearm and the entire wait time took +4 hours. During the wait time, X-rays and a Tetanus vaccine could of been given but not done so. I saw two nurses playing with each other’s hair instead of attending patients. I will not elected to go to this hospital unless management intervenes to make needed policy and procedural changes.
