Mel is the manager. He did not know how to find our order in QuickBooks when my husband called. So I called him back. He used the same info and found it. We needed a repair on a fridge that was 7 months old. Mel hung up on me twice after I asked to speak to the owner. I called back this morning to speak with the owner. She answered and said yelled at mel another employee heard me. That was a lie. This is a con to not provide customer service. I'm reporting them to the BBB. And every other avenue possible.We purchased 3 appliances from from this company. I would never recommend them. Go to Lowe or Home Depot. This isn't a mom and pop that you should spend your hard earned money. They should be called f appliances. Read their reviews on BBB and Yelp too! It's not just me.
