Reserved a trailer a week in advance (Fort Myers). After about 15 minutes, they told me it was 'broken, bad bearings." They found one in Port Charlotte, so after killing 1/2 the morning, I hitched up and got my work done. Nobody in any rental Biz knows what shape their stuff returned will be in... The workers were nice, helpful and all business! I recommend them; great prices too!
