I recommend going someone where else since they are very difficult to work with. I made an appointment 3/4 months ago for a 9am appointment as a new client since he was recommended to me. I showed up a few minutes after 9 as a new client and they said they won’t reschedule me or see me because late patients tend to be a habitual problem and blamed me for not calling even though it was a 9am appointment and no one told me to come in at 8:30. They also did it in the waiting room in front of another person. It was demeaning, rude and frankly not worth waiting for the appointment. Especially months. I’d recommended going to another office
