I had an old black and white photo that had fold marks damage. Jason the graphic designer repaired all the damage and colorized the photo. The great quality and clarity of the finished product was truly awesome for a great price! I would recommend this UPS Store to everyone.

Visited this location for a simple Amazon return. Immediately upon walking in it was made very clear that the younger of the two women (there were two) behind the counter has zero customer service skills and is not friendly at all. I honestly debated walking right back out due to her attitude. She was quite nasty to the lady in front of me about the size of her Amazon return package and immediately said that they do not have anything big enough to send back that item and that she does not know what Amazon is doing. She had not even touched the package at this point, she was viewing it from across the room. I can't speak for that customer, but she seemed just as appalled at the interaction as I was. But much to the dismay of the younger woman behind the counter, most of the package was air and it was able to be compressed to the 18 by 18 dimensions. Even after the customer showed that the air would be released when pressed on, the woman behind the counter proceeded with hand motions of how big their biggest shipping box is ... and it was clear to everyone in the lobby that it would in fact fit, except for her. She just apparently did not want to deal with it. The customer even said "I'll sit on it to make it fit if that makes you happy" or something of the sort. Not to mention there was a man there in a Xerox shirt working on the printers whose throat she also crawled down, and when he said who he was/what he was doing her response was "Oh no one told me". I think the older woman behind the counter read the room and could tell people were put off by the attitude of the younger woman because she tried to explain for a minute that they just didn't know they were expecting him. I personally would rather go out of my way to do an Amazon return than ever step foot in that store again after watching what i saw tonight. I can't imagine other people find her friendly or the store welcoming at all with her there.
