Rude lady upfront wasn’t even helpful by explaining or offer to make an appointment just threw the card at the table to pick it up and when I said it was rude she just laughed I’m not familiar with moon or their services but she was no help with the attitude all because I said I didn’t know I needed to call and make an appointment There’s better way to handle a situation then to give attitude and be rude to the customers 👎🏽
