DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND THEYRE RACIST. I CONFIRMED WITH THE COMPANY TO COME IN FOR INTERVIEW AND A LADY NAME MS COLLINS TOLD ME THEY DONT HAVE POSITIONS WHEN THEY KNEW I WAS COMING IN. JUST A WASTE. I DID NOT SEE ANY DIVERSE IN THIS COMPANY THEY ONLY HIRE BLACK PEOPLE MOSTLY. I TRIED TO APPLY YEARS AGO AND THEY HIRED MY 2 FRIENDS WHO WERE BLACK BUT NOT ME BECAUSE IM HISPANIC. THEYRE NOT PROFFESIONAL I DONT KNOW HOW THEY ARE STILL RUNNING THIS COMPANY.

Staff at office VERY RUDE have attitude they bring from out of work and gives NO CHANCES all other security company never gave me the attitude they have and also they keep you waiting all day from the morning that you come in for interview to tell you you work that same night no PROFESSIONiSM AT EPIC SECURITY

Pros Lots of jobs Can get hire first day apply Can gain Experience Some guards have long time working here some others guard don’t last more than a month Some supervisor are professional other are abusive of there position/title/power in company Con Low pay 16$ (permanent) No more than that. 16$ Call center,hiring staff,personal, Don’t call you when is your last day at a site highly poor communication so you would lose one whole day of work and money (happen twice to me ) Every site pay the same Residential,clinics,school, construction site at this agency from what I research and ask other guards pays 16$ Not that flexible in shifts (From my experience) There’s is a limited space for growth You Have to wait a whole day at the agency to get a new site You may be place on a temporary leave if you have shift preference and epic agency don’t have jobs Still a developing company My Recommendation is to apply upon your personal preference and economical needs, and work schedule necessity. Apply to another agency as well.
