This was our 2nd and last attempt at CiCi's. Both times the food was not good, old or dry. The pasta noodles are dried out..the salad bar is ok kinda sad looking.. the store was sticky and dirty. We just won't be going back

This CiCi’s is outstanding if you enjoy… -Waiting several minutes to even be acknowledged at the register in order to pay -A floor so sticky it’s like walking on a glue trap -Workers closing up the restaurant hours ahead of the published closing time, to include stacking chairs on tables while we ate -Despite the urgency to close down the restaurant, clearing and wiping down tables wasn’t a priority. We had to do that ourselves. -Little variety and selection of pizza on the buffet -Online, this restaurant is advertised to close at 10pm during the week. At the restaurant, signage indicates it closed at 8pm. Regardless, the staff locked the place up at 7pm. I realize CiCi’s isn’t fine dining, but my family would have gotten more value and enjoyment out of doing pizza at home. Corporate management desperately needs to instill some attention to detail and pride into this particular location. Until then, stay away and spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere.

Their wasn't asany options as the last time we went, which was before the pandemic. But the service was cool so it wasn't much to complain about. The salad looked kind of old and the toppings didn't look so fresh but when I asked the cook to make a new pizza, he was on it asap. The servers and cook were polite and friendly as well. Np much selection for a person who doesn't eat pork or beef but the service was definitely worth it. The pizza still tasted the same but it just wasn't as good an experience as it used to be. It was a bit dim and gloomy in the restaurant as well, which was kind of creepy. Besides all of that, the pizza wasn't half bad

This was a very interesting experience. This was our final destination after being unable to be served at 3 other restaurants. First of all, there were only 2 employees in the building, the manager and someone in the kitchen. Secondly, when …

Tables are spaced out. They serve you your pizza. You must get a new cup with every refill. Facemasks and gloves were being used by employees. I felt very comfortable eating there
Sounds like this is something to report to the manager when you are there.
Good job Shane! And I'll add that it is a good deal for hungry kids, and the dessert pizza is always interesting.
There is alittle area with games. Three of us it cost close to 30.00
