What a terrible experience! I placed a pick up grocery order online yesterday morning. My order was supposed to be ready for pick up between 6pm and 7pm. I get to the store at 7pm and was told they will notify me when the order is ready but it shouldn’t be long. I waited another 30 minutes then I headed home. It was almost 9pm before the order was ready. I get to the store at 9:48pm and call the number on the sign in front of grocery pick up parking. No one answers (I’m the only car waiting in grocery pick up). I go on the app and notify them I was there. After sitting there for ten minutes I walked inside and ask customer service if they would bring my order out. Lady said she would go check on it and left me standing there for another 20 minutes before coming out with my order. 35 minutes after arrival I finally got my groceries. Its now after 10:30pm. I’m beyond unsatisfied with the whole experience.
