I need a prescription and I drove all the way here because this was the only pharmacy that said that they were open at 8 o’clock and now that I’m here they are not open until 9 o’clock there’s signs on the door let’s say due to Covid they’re not open until 9 AM so now I can’t get a prescription and I have surgery this morning

**PSA: NOT 24 HRS. I’m an ER nurse and this used to be a 24 hour pharmacy but it isn’t anymore** I love this Walgreens. I switched to them from another Walgreens in the area. The one close to my house was becoming problematic to use. I would have meds sent there and then if they weren’t in stock they would just cancel the med order without contacting me about the hold up or projected wait. I would call and ask about the meds, and the tech would place the order again and then someone else would cancel it. This kind of stuff kept happening until I left. They always seem short staffed and too busy. Now, THIS WALGREENS IS 100% BETTER. The people are so friendly here and they seem genuinely interested in helping you. My meds were filled quickly without incident. No issues whatsoever. It’s funny because I remember one time my old Walgreens sent me to them for something they didn’t have and Bob figured it out and sent me back to my Walgreens because they actually did have it. Should have taken that as a sign lol.
