If you are an hourly paid truck driver is it legal for the company to not pay you time and half over 40 hours and instead pay you $5 for every trailer you move after you move 4 trailers?

If the corporate headquarters are NOT in the state of nj, they dont have to pay ANY overtime.federal loophole which should be closed. If you are paid hourly,moving trailers should be the hourly rate. Nothing free.

Was good 8.25 an hour in nj is not enough to survive just working for peanuts this is a bist attempt to keep black and brown lives at the bottom
