Yes! We opened a brand new butcher counter this spring which features a wide variety of locally-sourced, pasture-raised beef and pork cuts as well as housemade sausages, seasoned steaks, kebab skewers, and pre-made burger patties. Our butchers are happy to cut/portion to your preference!

They do. I've done it. Just get it weighed at the register first so they have a tare.

Anyone can shop there! But if you're an owner you get some special monthly deals, the ability to vote, and the ability to pay using your fingerprint with a card you've saved on file and then your receipts are all automatically emailed to you.

When you say "menu" to what are you referring? The hot bar? If so then the answer is no. But we sell hundreds of gluten free products throughout the store.
