Quality Inn Near Chico State

I had a very positive experience during my stay. I was a resident of the Quality Inn for 9 days/8 nights and have no complaints. I was located in the vicinity of the ice machine, which was very popular might I had, so it was loud and accessed during the late hours but that's not anyone's fault - just something to consider. They respected privacy when asked and when the room was made up it was made up very nicely with consideration towards personal items. Parking was never an issue for me but of course it would depend on the vacancy of the property and breakfast was offered but I never partook in that so no comment.

My room was comfortable. However, when I went out to my car in the parking lot to leave in the morning I found someone had broken into it! Rifled through my things and stole the entire contents of my glove compartment, entire contents of my middle console and entire contents of my dashboard! I parked less than 20ft away from the main entrance!

Excellent, I was treated like a VIP , Which is apparently how the staff treats all guests. Very friendly and professional ,checking back with me to be sure all was perfect. the room was excellent an I would not hesitate to stay there again and again when in Chico. I have also left compliments with Andrew Coolidge, Mayor of Chico and Director of the Chico Home Show.

The front desk guy Pony is very courteous And genuinely cares that you have everything you need for your stay the rooms are very comfortable and very clean and I would say probably some of the nicest rooms around Chico really all-around a great place hot breakfast what else can you ask for for the price thank you guys for being here
