Best hotel experience in a long time! They have an outdoor patio area with a traeger and a propane grill that guests can use :) Jacob was very accommodating for our group of people helping us wash grilling utensils, getting the butter we forgot at the store, and keeping the kids warm with an extra blanket while we were grilling. Thank you very much! Jacob definitely deserves a raise!

To start, my bathroom toilet wouldn’t flush - contacted front desk multiple times with 0 response and no one to come help, put me in another room, NOTHING. For $270/night? I feel completely ripped off when I called him out to his face he just goes, “oh” - this is Shane the front desk check in clerk. Also - same check in Clerk (Shane) upon arrival and leaving. He wouldn’t give me a room until after 1pm, I am not from here and drove so long I was exhausted. This morning upon my 10am check out he was checking someone in. Wow, so you can check people in, you just chose to judge me.

A little hard to find because it's located behind some restaurants that don't allow viewing from the main road. Parking is amble and the rooms are good size with wonderful heating and cooling. I'll stay here again.

Stayed 10 days for work. Pros: Clean, fairly new looking hotel. Comfortable bed/room. Acceptable noise level. Location is close to shopping and restaurants. Cons: Did not have early check in availability, some of the front desk staff weren’t very helpful, weak water pressure in bathroom sink, breakfast is not buffet style and need to wait in line (line can get long), computer does not have scanner. Overall: Good clean hotel. Service can be improved. Cost is quite high per night.
