Good rates and safe location within the Chico downtown area. My favorite hotel in Chico for a budget. A star is missing because all the rooms smell like tobacco. Other than that the rooms are nice and clean.

Went two days ago, blood on the doors, roaches, fire alarm ripped off the wall, stains and cigarette burns on my bedsheets. I left 1 day in too my two day stay and despite being told I would get a refund, I was charged the full amount

It's aight. Nothing crazy. Definitely not in the nicest area so be aware of that. We got a 2 bed room and it was fine. I believe we paid $90ish and you get what you pay for. It's cool if you don't want to spend too much on a hotel but if luxury is your priority, you could do better. Overall, it's aright, has it's downsides, the ups being it's cheap and fairly close to campus

They just went through major construction to fix everything. Yet when I got my room the TV didn't work, there was no phone in the room, I had to clean the filter on the heater (gross) otherwise the heater shut down every 10 seconds. Shower was gross, mold on the ceiling, big paint patches all over the walls with the wrong color. ( no big deal but unsightly and irritating) there was no bedspread, just a sheet and light motel blanket. Very unsatisfied for a $90 per night motel. They don't even have coffee anymore. Won't let you in the office for breakfast anymore. You check in through a window. Would not recommend to anybody. Oh and maid came knocking at 8:30 am when checkout is 11:00. Even the Haven Inn of Chico (also not recomended) is better than this place.
