We get there to open an account for my son at 5:20. They close at 6. I was told that we couldnt open an account because there wasnt enough time before they close. 40 minutes isnt enough time? I was in and out with my daughter in 15 minutes at our bank when we opened her accounts. Terrible customer service!

I've been trying to open two business accounts for a month and I've been getting the run around. THREE of my appointments were given away after I arrived. Staff isn't properly trained on how to even opened them. I would have rather them tell me that I need to go to another branch instead of giving me the run around and wasting my time.
