The drive thru is no longer being used but no sigh indicating such. I sat there for several minutes waiting for service. A simple sign would be nice. Once I went inside the food was cold and of poor guality.

Is this Arby’s ever open?! I have gone several times to this Arby’s and it is always “opening soon” despite it being prime lunch time and the signs saying it should be open. When it is open it is the absolute slowest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to.

This is the state of a side salad I received. The reason no less than a 1 star is that I got excellent customer service from my cashier Erick but the rest of the staff stood around with ugly looks on their faces and doing nothing. Whoever's job, perhaps one of the shift leads staff with the ugly looks, it is to check the cooler and the appearance and freshness of their salads definitely needs a coaching moment on what is saleable and what IS NOT. Very disappointing meal. If I return, I will be sure to check my food first before leaving.
