I would give them 2 stars but there has been times I've gotten okay service. Overall though the employees don't care, just bad service.

I like Taco Bell but it seems as though this one is never open. I'm by there at least twice a week and you can't get in to order. Sign says" Eight or later" but the doors are locked as early as 7:15 pm.

USED to be okay, not great, okay. Long waits in the drive-thru and staff with the usual attitudes, but then 2021 happened. Now they're super short staffed and open any hours they please (the listed hours here are just a "maybe?", and more than once I've had them close while I'm in the drive-thru). Closed every single night of the week, no signage, and this has been going on for over a year. When they're open they're often out of stuff or the registers aren't working. Surly employees when they're there, short-tempered and mouthy, though I don't blame them--they're making awful wages and all. Usually end up at the location on 30 near Sonic instead, they're actually open.

Unfortunately, it’s not what I hoped for. Normally, the Taco Bell nearest to my house is always great. It’s clean and the staff is friendly. This location isn’t on the same page. There’s only two other people in here eating. It’s dirty inside, especially by the pop machine, all the tables are dirty from previous customers, and the woman taking our order didn’t add my drink I asked for onto my order. By the time I saw it wasn’t on the receipt, which was only a few seconds, she’d already turned around and left the counter. I had to wave someone else down. It’s also really cold in here, lol. It seems petty, but it’s just something else to add my list of my overall experience at this location. Thanks, but no thanks.
