Took forever! Lines were so big people were leaving. Tried to go Inside and all the entrances were locked. I ordered a diet coke and when I finally made it to the window I asked to make sure just to find out it wasn't diet coke. Huge disappointment. It took a while to even download the app to order ahead. I couldn't order unless I download the app.

Corporate needs to come here and fix this place. They’ll have a full drive thru line and tell cars they’re only taking drink orders. When I asked the car in front of me, he said they took his food order too. They’re giving McDonald’s brand a bad image. Corporate needs to buy this McDonald’s back and run it like a normal McDonald’s. The amount of disrespect and lying these employees do is insane. I have no idea how they can continue to get away with it. They never stay true to their order of operations. If your open then be open, if not then close. Stop lying to these customers.

We where 15 mints B4 10pm we where taking long for our order on the app. While that the employee where watching n told us that the lobby close at 10. We where already in trying to be order on the appm the guy with cool rings he look Hispanic only speak English but all staff speak Spanish so i felt they where in a hurry to leave or something. We had a baby so we ended eatting at the parking lot before we head back to Nashville .
