Terrible customer service, no one seems to stay on top of the showers 🚿 Arbys was closed manager had major attitude. I myself had to tell the employees every time a shower was empty…. And they wonder why truckers have attitudes…

This place is a joke for truckers. Almost 80% parking took by local daycab drivers and bobtail. Dont come here. Find somewhere else to park. Arrived here at 2 pm Saturday. Still not a one parking available. Hell place

Was waiting for a shower and the guy literally just put new towels in and didn’t clean a thing. Asked him to clean the shower and he said “I put clean towels in there.” On top of that I get to arbys at 550 and they said they closed and refused to serve me because they close at 6pm. This truck stop is a waste of time and disrespectful to drivers. Go across the street to pops and get better service drivers.

way too understaffed for the dirt they have to deal with. gives some insight to the sanitation, garbage, and parking problems existent here. if only the garbage that walks through here, too time pressed, distracted and self absorbed to consider washing their hands after using the restrooms, properly discarding their disposals and being respective of the available facilities, things would eventually change. on both occasions, the only good are the in house staff who do provide courtesy when shown humility. Arby's is it's own messy, different story. for hot fresh made food, you're better off across the street. we are all tired, staff included, with the overwhelming grime we all have to deal with
