This place ILLEGALLY towed my boyfriends vehicle. My apartment complex did NOT call them out for being a day late on expire stickers. this company is absolutely DISGUTING and the bigger lady at the front desk really needs an attitude recheck. when we all get together and sue you guys for the stress and illegal activity you’re doing, maybe then you’ll realize scamming people for money is wrong. Illegally getting money from people is wrong. July 1st is when he was illegally towed along with multiple other vehicles according to my leasing office. He’s from North Carolina and legally has 30 days to change his plates to Illinois. I am in the woodlands. I will be taking legal action and contacting the BBB about this despicable, pathetic, money hungry company.
