Been going to this salon for years, really enjoyed how close to home it was. Never had problems until recently, they got all new staff and in particular a girl named Kenzie. She’s very rude and has no idea on customer service. Basically paid extra to upgrade to a higher level bed that didn’t work and was told there’s nothing she could do. Definitely time to find a new salon

I would give them 5 stars, but I came when it wasn't busy at all, they had black Friday sale signs everywhere & the clerk failed to give me the Black Friday sale price! And its not like I was the 1st, 2nd or even 3rd customer of the day. AND you can no longer get a level 3 tan on $5 Tan Tuesday.🤨
