On 3/23/22 we were told we had to pay our Medicare deductible to Respicare in order to receive needed equipment. Unfortunately Respicare did not file that claim with Medicare for over a month (4/27/22). In the meantime, Medicare had us pay our deductible to other providers. We were not just out the money we paid to Respicare but also the money we had to pay to those other providers. After almost 4 months of phone calls, follow up and frustration, we finally got our refund from Respicare on 7/21/22. We were told it takes this long because that is their "process", that the claim had been denied (it hadn't, they had filed a duplicate claim and the duplicate had been denied), and even that they could not issue us a refund but could only give us a credit on our account (we did finally get a refund). We do not recommend this company for supplies at all.

I've been working with Respicare over the phone for a little while now. Kelly has been a tremendous help to me! She was so kind, and worked super hard to make sure I was taken care of! She not only did her job, she went the extra mile! I definitely recommend working with Respicare!

Yes we accept Aetna Medicare.
Ranjana we do carry all supplies that you may need for your cpap. We also bill Medicare. To bill medicare we will need a sleep study, MD office notes, and a Rx on file. Please feel free to call our office any one of the Customer service reps will be able to guide you to make this process as easy as possible.
