I had an excellent experience here! Dr Chao, Patrick and Melissa (med tech?) were all personable, caring and good listeners. I felt heard and understood and they were all committed to discovering what was wrong.

They can be quick but disappointed regarding the charting by Dr Chao in my chart. Tried to send me to er for facial ct (facial swelling from cracked tooth) and dental block.... I work in the ER and even asking about it with my providers they would have never don't either (very few providers will do a nerve block, but he was blindly trying to send me to the er when it wasn't necessary and then document I went against his medical advice to do so after discussing with him what the ER would typically do) either way he could care a less, just wanted to hurry and get me out of there. This was from Easter weekend and I'm still not over it. Had a dentist appointment that Monday but would still not help. With all the resources that he has available to look up previous visits and prescriptions filled he would be able to see I'm not a shady person or drug seeking. But he didn't care to bother. His only fix was to send me to the ER, a place that Is 1. Expensive to go to and 2. Already maxed out and stretched thin with their resources.

I came in with what appeared to be a common problem and it turned into an emergency. All of the staff throughout handled it with kindness and professionalism. I was entirely impressed and very grateful.

Would've been a 5 star but we tried to get the prescription sent to our Walgreens, then they told us our pharmacy was in Holly springs so rather than argue we had it sent to a CVS nearby. The CVS didn't have the drug so we called and has the script transferred to the Walgreens we wanted to go to initially. This time we gave them the full address so they couldn't confuse it for the one in Holly springs. Went to pick up the prescription and they sent it to the Walgreens in Holly springs even though they had the full correct address and it would be impossible to mess that up. Had to have the script transferred to our Walgreens AGAIN. How can you be so persistently bad at typing in an address?
